Fibre-rubber seals

We offer fibre rubber flat gaskets according to ČSN, EN, DIN, ANSI standards and custom-made seals. The flat seals are only rated up to pressure class PN 40. In case of higher pressures it is necessary to choose other types of seals, for example metal ones.

Selection of suitable materials

The functionality of the seals depends on many parameters such as temperature, pressure, medium, which interact. If you are not sure, leave the selection to us.

Overview of fibre rubber materials

Fibre rubber materials use elastomers, especially NBR, as a binder and for this reason are limited in both temperature and chemical range. For complete information on the properties of the different variants of fibre rubber materials, please refer to the POWERgasket fibre board page.
